Shivani Sidhar is vice president, regulatory affairs for the Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), Sempra's regulated California utilities. Shivani oversees the company’s San Francisco office and serves as a primary point of contact with the California Public Utilities Commission on behalf of SoCalGas and SDG&E in connection with all regulatory matters.
