Neil Navin, Senior Vice President and Chief Infrastructure Officer
Neil Navin is senior vice president and chief infrastructure officer for the Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas), a Sempra regulated California utility. Navin has more than 30 years of engineering project management experience, including a decade with SoCalGas where he has been an operational leader and trailblazer in clean fuels infrastructure and technology. He has also served as vice president of construction for SoCalGas and SDG&E, vice president of gas transmission and storage, director of major projects and director of storage risk management.
